JKS
For close to
25 years JKS has been producing and offering high quality, durable and
affordable Jeep parts and accessories.
Their very first part back in 1989 was the Quicker Disconnect and today
it is still their most popular part. All
of JKS parts and accessories are manufactured completely in the United States.
Quicker Disconnects
Disconnects
are a part of great necessity to any serious off road driver. This part enables you to disconnect the sway
bar from the axle. The sway bar
basically allows transference of torsion from one side of the vehicle to the
other when turning sharp corners. When
off road driving, this is not necessary and can actually be detrimental to the
quality of your ride. Everybody knows
that when you are off road, you need maximum control of each of your tires. And
with JKS Quicker Disconnects, you can achieve this goal.
Once your
disconnect is installed all you need to do to get the handling and control that
you crave is to pull the lynch pin. This
is much simpler than the way people had to do it before the Quicker Disconnect
was invented. The disconnect itself is
in two pieces…a male and a female. When
you connect them and secure the lynch pin, your sway bar is disconnected. When you pull the lynch pin, your sway bar is
connected again.
